What Happens During the Audit

Once onboarding is complete, the audit begins immediately.

The process is designed to be fast, non-invasive, and require no additional effort from your side.

We securely access your system using one of the following:

  • Read-only AWS access (recommended), or
  • Exported cost and usage data

Setup guides:

We collect:

  • Cost and billing data
  • Usage metrics
  • Infrastructure configuration (e.g., Lambda settings)

No changes are made to your system during this step.

We analyze how your cloud spend is distributed across your system.

This includes:

  • Cost by service
  • Identification of top cost drivers
  • Changes in cost over time

This step establishes a clear picture of where your money is going.

We identify areas where costs can be reduced.

This includes:

  • Inefficient usage patterns
  • Over-provisioned resources
  • Unnecessary or redundant usage

Each opportunity is evaluated based on:

  • Potential savings
  • Effort required
  • Implementation risk

Identified opportunities are organized into a clear execution plan.

We prioritize based on:

  • Impact (savings potential)
  • Effort required
  • Risk level

This ensures you know exactly where to start.

All findings are compiled into a structured report.

The report includes:

  • Key insights and patterns
  • Actionable recommendations
  • Supporting data and analysis

The goal is to make decisions and implementation straightforward.

  • The audit begins after onboarding is complete
  • Delivery is within 7 days
  • Most audits are completed in 3–5 days

Nothing.

Once access is set up, the audit runs independently.

We will reach out only if additional clarification is needed.

If you have any questions during the process, feel free to reach out at any time.
