Do you have access to my application data?

The audit only uses infrastructure and cost-related data. We do not access:
- Application data
- Customer data
- Database records
- S3 object contents
Can this impact my system or performance?
Section titled “Can this impact my system or performance?”No.
The audit is completely read-only and non-invasive. We do not:
- Modify infrastructure
- Deploy code
- Change configurations
- Start or stop services
Why do you need access to my AWS account?
Section titled “Why do you need access to my AWS account?”Read-only access allows us to:
- Analyze cost and usage in detail
- Review configuration and metrics
- Identify optimization opportunities more accurately
This results in a more complete and actionable audit.

What if I don’t want to grant access?
Section titled “What if I don’t want to grant access?”No problem.
You can export and share cost data instead. This will still provide useful insights, but the analysis will be more limited.

How long does the audit take?
Section titled “How long does the audit take?”- Delivery is within 7 days
- Most audits are completed in 3–5 days
What if we’ve already optimized our system?
Section titled “What if we’ve already optimized our system?”We often identify non-obvious inefficiencies, even in systems that have already been reviewed.
Cost optimization is ongoing, and new opportunities can emerge over time.
Do I need engineering support to implement changes?
Section titled “Do I need engineering support to implement changes?”Not always.
Many recommendations are straightforward and can be implemented quickly.
Some changes may require engineering support depending on your system.
What if no meaningful savings are found?
Section titled “What if no meaningful savings are found?”If we do not identify meaningful cost-saving opportunities, you will not be charged.
How accurate are the savings estimates?
Section titled “How accurate are the savings estimates?”Savings are provided as ranges based on observed usage and configuration.
Actual results may vary depending on implementation and future usage.
How long do you keep access to my account?
Section titled “How long do you keep access to my account?”Access is only used during the audit.
You can remove access at any time after the audit is complete.
What happens to my data?
Section titled “What happens to my data?”Your data is used only to:
- Analyze cost and usage
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Generate your audit report
It is not used for any other purpose.
Can you implement the changes for us?
Section titled “Can you implement the changes for us?”The audit provides a clear plan for implementation.
